1. Design: Self-owed design team, we have a professional design team, they can design all inflatable products according pictures, images or hand drawing.
2. Production: The needles we using are imported from Japan and Germany, they are durable and good for toys; Nylon thread will be double stitched on the inflatable toys to make them strong.
3. Printing: We mainly have digital print, silk print and hand painting. Printing machines were imported from abroad, they are efficient and doing good job. Printing ink meets GSG standard, it is safe for humans.
4. Material Feature:All inflatable games / toys are made by Plato high durability fire-retardant PVC Vinyl, which with 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside.
PVC Vinyl we used are High Durability, High Tear Strength, Fade Proof, Anti-MildewTreatment, Excellent UV-Resistance, Cold Weather Resistance, Waterproof, Anti-Static, Heat-Insulation, Blackout, Shrink- Resistant, Fluorescent.
5. Inflatable Technique: For unsealed toys, use double-line sewed & thin fabric webbed, “Four-point” sewing and “double-stitch with four-threads” and "adding reinforcement at the seam crossing"; for sealed toys, use highly frequent welding machine to prevent air leak.
6. Inflatable Quality control: All toys will be finally inflatable and tested by the Quality control department. Inflatable toys which made by hot welding machine will be under test for at least 2 days to ensure no air leakage and other problems before shipping.
7. Inflatable Warranty: At least 3 years, our inflatable toys can be used more than 3-5 years.
8. Strong Package Bag: We will use tarpaulin bag which is same material as the products to package the units. So the packages will not be frazzled during delivery process. For big units, we will make extra handle band outside of the packages.

A. How to install inflatable fun city?
B. How to repair inflatable bounce in case of it broken?
To repair tears on an inflatable, please follow the simple steps below.
Cut out the patch that is larger than the puncture.
The patch must be cut in a circle or have rounded eges to prevent peeling.
Make sure the area is properly cleaned. Rubbing alcohol may be used to clean a teared surface.
(a) For vinyl and nylon, apply the glue on back of the patch and
apply it over the puncture and press firmly to botain proper adhesion.
(b) For PVC materials, you may sew the tear or hole with a patch using strong thread.
Read owner's manual to see if you can sew tears or holes.
Once repair is complete, do not inflate the Bounce House for at least 2 hours.
