Structural characteristics and usage
Structure: Body is cylindrical structure. Internal parts of valve include stainless steel floating ball, lever and disc,etc.
Installation position: The outlet of pump or in the water distribution pipelines.
Usage: Used to eliminate the air in the pipelines, which is in order to improve use efficiency of the pipeline and water pump.
When there occurs negative pressure in the pipelines, the valve quickly inhale outside air to prevent the pipeline's damage due to negative pressure.
When adding water into the pipelines, the disc is in the opening postion and exhaust large of air. When there is no air inside, there will be full of water in the valve, then floating ball is up and the disc is closed, the valve stops exhausting air.
When pipeline is in normal water transportation, if there is a small amount of air in the valve to a degree, water level falls. Under this condition, the air is exhausted from small holes.
When pump stops, there is no water in the pipelines or it occurs negative pressure. In this situation, the choke plug quickly opens and inhales air to ensure safety of pipelines.
