Structure and general features
The whole spool valve is coated with rubber Spool valve is made of ductile cast iron. Adopting latest sulfurizing technology, inside and outside are fully coated with high-performance rubber. Solid and tight connection makes the valve have a good seal, which achives zero leakage and complete isolation between spool valve and fluid. Also, spool valve has great corrosion resistance. Plain base seat ring Adopting Y-type design at the bottom, which solves the weakness of traditional sag type seat ring. The Y-type seat is hardly stacked with elding slag, stones, sediment and other sundry, and it ensures both of reliable seal and medium circulation. Meanwhile, it can also ensure water clean.
Three steps of "O" type rubber seal Comparing with traditional packing sealing, the design of three steps of "O" type rubber sealing makes the seal more tight. It can reduces friction resistance and protects the environment.
Food level hygiene requirements Inside of body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, and inside and outside of spool valve are coated with rubber. There will have no phenomenon of water dust or corrosion. The valve can be directly applied in drinking water system, food, medicine and other industries.
Easily replaceable parts The parts of valve are of high precision. Under the same specification, any part can be exchanged. Also all the parts are easy to maintain.
Solid structure Body and bonnet are made of ductile cast iron. Comparing with traditional grey iron castings, it has cleaner appearance, higher strength, lighter weight, and it is more convenient to install, use and maintain.
