1. 3-7 days one by one technical training:
During training, our technician will explain and demonstrate you all details about the machine, such as print principle, ink filling notice, operation process, daily maintenance, different printing solution and so on. After that you will be requested to operate the machine on site until we make sure that you master all details clearly.
2. English manual & Operation CD :
Including all training content, troubleshooting and so on.
3. Warranty :
1 year warranty, lifetime maintenance. New spare parts will be sent for replacement if some of them broken within the first year.

How to operate the machine?
1. Use computer to handle the image which is going to print (Photoshop or CorelDRAW).
2. Materials process: keep flat, bright and clean.
3. Fixed position: connect computer with the machine, put the phone case on the platform.
4. Adjust the height of printhead with 3mm distance to the material
5. Press “Print” button to start print the material.
6. Set color and ink volume by printing software.
7. Mass printing: to improve the efficiency, adjust the printed picture by printing software (printing size), put the material in the same line to print in one time.
