Characteristic

Substrate

Sanded, de-greased uneven metal surface, Sanded anti-corrosive coated surface

Surface Cleaning

Remove wax, silicon and other impurities with de-grease cleaner

Mixing Ratio

For every 100 parts putty mix with 2-3 parts catalyst(weight ratio)

Usable Time

1. 2-3mins. after mixing,20(Fast drying)
2. 5-6mins. after mixing,20(Standard)
3. 8-9mins. after mixing,20(Slow drying)

Apparatus

Apply with filling knife, rubber or plastic spreader

Drying Time(Time till sanding)

Sanding

Sand with P60-P240 grit paper dry or wet

Substrate with the thermoplastic paint, plastic primer, anti-corrosive paint
