1. We work with you to come up with a concept sketch or we use a current piece as an example.
2. In a few days you will receive a CAD version of your design.
3. You will either approve the design and the item will be created or we will make changes.
4. If you made changes you will receive another CAD drawing for your approval until you are happy with the design.
5. Once you have approved the design most items will be created within 10 days.
6. There are no refunds on custom jewelry; however, your satisfaction is our #1 goal.
7. If you are unsatisfied with the final piece we will do what we can to make it right.
