According to the different surface treatment ,there are two types of galvanized wire :

1.  electro galvanized, hot dipped galvanized wire

1). Material: low carbon steel wire and stainless steel wire

2). Wire Dia.: 0.71-5mm, BWG8-BWG22

3). Zinc Coating: 7-15g/m2(electro galvanized)  

4). Tensile Strength: 350-450N/mm2  

5). Surface treatment: hot dipped galvanized and electric galvanized; PVC coated.

 6). Electro Galvanized Iron Wire Processing & Features:

 1)This kind of galvanized wire is made with choice mild steel, through wire drawing, wire galvanizing and other processes.

2) Electro galvanized iron wire has the characteristics of thick zinc coating, good corrosion resistance, firm zinc coating, etc.
