Horizontal Style Vacuum Pressure Wood Impregnation Equipment:
The wood processing machine produced by our company mainly falls into two types: the ZM-M model and the ZM-Z model, and the former is designed and produced in accordance with the ASME Vlll-1 "Pressure Vessels Production Standards",while the latter in accordance with the Chinese GB 150-1998 "Copper Pressure Vessel".
Technological Process:
Select materials according to specifications→Smooth the wood→Degrease and Dry the wood→Load the skip car→Open the tank door→Push the moving car and connect it with the liner tank track→Push the skip car into the tank→Close the door→Operate in Vacuum→Imbibition→Pressure→Pressure relief→Liquid return→Vacuum→Pressure relief→Open the tank door (when the pressure relief is finished)Discharge chemicals→Inspection

Before the products leave our factories, all the matters relevant to boilers will be undertaken by our company, such as equipment decoration in boiler room and also satisfactory, free-charge service will be offered by us until the turn-key project. The replacement is guaranteed if any problem concerning the product quality arises within a year.
In the manufacturing process, clients are quite welcome to our factory to examine the actual quality and to carry out the follow-up inspection.
