WORKING PRINCIPLE:

White water filter is used for paper making, provide high quality white water for mesh spray. The production capacity of each unit is 4000gpm, remove solid particles efficiently.

PAPERMAKING WATER PROPERTY:

1. Fluid: white water after papermaking
2. Flow rate: 100-120m³/H
3. Viscosity: 1-1.2cp
4. Properties of suspended matter: paper fiber and granularity additive
5. Content of suspended matter: 25-38mg/L
6. PH value: 7.5-8.5
7. Temperature: 50-80 degree 

LIQUID REQUIREMENT:

1. White water will not block nozzle whose height is 1mm after filter (the filter accuracy requires about 1/3 to 1/6 of nozzle)
2. White water is use for cleaning mesh screen, which do not block mesh screen (the filter accuracy requires about 1/3 of mesh screen)
