Polyimide heating plate for electric vehicles

Battery heater provide the heat source for battery pack; solve the low temperature impact on lithium-ion batteries.

The heaters adopt nickel alloy foil that patterned by etching processing. It achieves quick radiation, high efficiency and long working life.

The double insulation of moistureproof silicone rubber and alkali free glass fiber makes the insulating property of the heater more reliable.

The auxiliary radiation of aluminum sheet improves the thermal efficiency of the heater and prolongs its working life.
