2.Instructions for use:
1,According to the stratigraphic lithologic data, hydraulic and drilling parameters, choose the type of drill bit.
2,According to the hydraulic parameters, choose corresponding nozzle .nozzle hole size difference should not be too large, so as to avoid erosion channel.
3,Before drill down, check the drill bit size, type size is consistent with the well, the nozzle is installed, connected with the drill bit screw thread specification and the joint compliance.
4,The drill bit should be under well as the operation rules.bit and bottom contact, It must operate 30 minutes under light pressure and slow turning (drilling pressure 5-15kN, speed 60r/min) , then can be gradually increased to the normal drilling pressure.

The advantage:
1)Rubber sealed sliding bearing bits are sealed by special type “O”.Under the normal rotary speed conditions,they can stand high bit pressure.The bore surface of the cone has been treated with special techniaue in order to improve sliding motion of the bearing.And every performance is improved greatly.
2)The advanced metal seal package consists of two metal seals and two elastic energizers.Compressed energizers ensure good contact being kept on two sealing surfaces of metal rings by elastic force,and achieves the bearing seal.In the drilling,metal seals are relatively dynamic,and the energizers are static.This will improve the reliability and durability of bearing seal .The pressure compensator system and advanced grease can greatly increase the lubricating reliability.
3)Surface of cone back and cutters are hard enhanced by high wear resistance tungsten carbide,largely increase the work life of bit.
Optimal cutter rows,cutter quantity,cutter length and cutter structure design largely improve the drilling capability and speed.
