HX steel cord blade’s lifespan is as 2-4 times as imported blade and as 4-10 times as China blade
HX Steel cord blade/steel cord cutter of radial tire/tyre cutter experienced vaccum heat treatment which can guarantee none out-of-shape knife, after grinding, its precision can reach 0.5um,each blade edge can be sharpened and grinded above 6 (six) times. And after being grinded many times, HX Steel Cord Blade's hardness will never reduce.
Non-adhesive laser coating of blade can avoid cutted sheet rubber being stuck with blade, ensuring cutting quality and saving a large number of materials. At the same time, upgrade cutting speed and enhance producing efficiency.
Pinholes of blade are grinded and polished by CNC machine, so its accuracy can reach 5um. other imported blade’s accuracy can only reach 20um. At present, only Jinan Reida manufactured HX steel cord blade can cut Engineering Radial Tire with 4.84mm-thick steel cord and 8mm-thick sheet rubber.
HX steel cord blade experienced altrasonic and X-ray detection to make inner problems and scars that can not be seen by nake eyes appear thereby deal with this problem accordingly and timely to avoid fracture and wounding which my occure during operation
