2. Can I print our color & logo?
Yes, send us your design in PDF or AI format. If no design available, send us your logo and color request, we help to finish your design.
3. How long shall I expect the quotation?
Within 24 hours. If need urgent quote, please let us know, we would quote within 2 hours.
4. Can you send me your samples for quality checking?
Yes. Normally we send if have samples on hand. However, we suggest to make actual sample with customized size and printing so that you can check both printing, size and quality. It helps saving time and express cost for samples.
5. Can you make sample for me for free?
Yes, nigotiable. Send me your requests, we will appraise.
6. Can you pay for express charge for the sample?
Nigotiable
7. How long it will take from order confirming to delivery?
10-20 days. Normally 20 days for normal order. For urgent orders, we will discuss specifically.
8. How can I know our quality before shipping?
We send you pictures of your products from step to step, printing, surface finishing, cutting, gluing, assembling, inspection and packing. You can also send your inspector or The Third Party inspection to our workshop to inspect.
9. How can I ship our goods?
If you are not formiliar with shipping and importing, we can send you the goods door to door.
10. How long it will take from Shenzhen Port to our Port?
Australia: around 10 days
UK: 21-28 days
France: 28 days
Germany: 24-28 days

11. How and when shall I pay?
30% deposit when order confirm, 70% balance before goods release at the destination port.
T/T, most customer do T/T
Paypay, 3.9% extra charge, not good choice for big amont.
L/C, high extra charge, not good choice for small mount.
