1. About printer warranty & service?
The printer will send to you for full set printhead, spare parts, after install can use directly
All the printer we offer 1years warranty for the mainboard, carriage board, printhead board etc.
2. About shipping time?
The printer will ship in 3-5days after confirm payment, delivery time depend on each shipping line.
3. About ink?
We are using the Galaxy DX5 Eco ink, order ink together with printer will get extra discount.
