Payment:
1.We accept Alipay here, all the major Credit Card, Master Card, Western Union, Money Gram, Moneybooker, Bank Transfer is accepted through secure payment processor by ESCROW.
2. Payment through ESCROW, Money is deposited securely to Alipay, only released to us after confirm delivery.
3. Please complete the full payment including Final price with bank service fee and postage. Transaction with insufficient payment will not be handled.
Packaging & Shipping
1.We usually using below shipping way. Please choose the shipping way you like when making order.
* FedEx, UPS, DHL usually takes about 5-8 days, more or less. We have Fedex, DHL and UPS account, could shipment fast and safe for you. Shipping time and goods safety have warranty.
* EMS usually takes about 6-15 days, more or less. If for remote region, it will be a little longer time; If have custom reason, it will be a little longer time.
* China Post Air Mail and ePacket take about 15-35days, this shipping way suitable for the goods with low value and light weight. But the shipping time and goods safety cannot control. We are in charge of the responsibility keep the foods left China smoothly, once the goods leave China then the buyer will be in charge of all the responsibility. Please consider well when choosing the shipping way.
* We usually ship the buyer item as GIFT in a lower value, in order to avoid the buyer's tax. However the tax is depend on by buyer custom not by us, different countries for different tax rate. Any tax then the buyer should undertake it.
*If due to the reason including "refuse to sign for the package" or "refuse to pay the tax" or "buyer country post reason" and so on. Buyer have to undertake all lose.
2.Aliexpress need 24hours to confirm payment after you make the purchase. Goods could send to you in 1-2workday after aliexpress confirm payment.

Return Service:
1. Please contact with us in 5days after you receive the goods if you find any quality problems. Return or exchange is acceptable for the problems products.
2. Please confirm that you have bought the right products when make purchasing. If you make mistakes when purchasing, then we will charge you 15% return poundage (Special products are non-refund or exchange).
3. If the undeserved damage is caused due to personal reasons, we don't accept return or exchange. Any unreasonable return is not acceptable after receive the goods.
4. All our print heads are high-precision commodity and brand new, any improper operation or substandard supporting products will damage the print heads. So after receiving the goods, please first confirm print head model and specifications, any problem, please contact with our sales staff as soon as possible. Any problem after the print heads are installed and used will be non-refundable.
