a)Avoid contacting with skin,eyes and clothing. Do not ingest or inhale,After use,wash hands with soap and water.
b)Store in cool and dry place, avoid freezing, and keep away from direct sunlight.
c)Don't mix with other kind of ink when use,when use the first time,please full clear the print head and ink pipeline in the printer.
Packaing
1. All the products will delivery to you in 1-2 workdays after confirm the payment.
2. We will use appropriate materials for a reasonable, secure packing of your goods. If goods are damaged during the transport, please inform our service department within 3 days after goods are received.
Shipping
1. All the goods delivery by FedEx or DHL express from Guangzhou. And we will declare the low value on the shipping invoice to reduce your custom tax.
2. If you have your own forwarder in China, we can offer Free Delivery for you in Guangzhou City!
3. There are no shipments on weekend and public holidays.
4. Delivery time to your country.
General products return requirements:
(1)Please contact with us in 5days after you receive the goods if you find any quality problems. Return or exchange is acceptable for the problems products.
(2)Please confirm that you have bought the right products when make purchasing. If you make mistakes when purchasing, then we will charge you 15% return poundage (Special products are non-refund or exchange).
(3)If the undeserved damage is caused due to personal reasons, we don't accept return or exchange. Any unreasonable return is not acceptable after receive the goods.
