1.is URG200 original or copy machine?
A:it is Original device from KEYDIY company(KD company)
2.what functions it has?
A: it is 100% same functions as KD-900 device.all remotes will work on both KD900 and URG200
3.why KEYDIY company make different device but same functions?
A: KD-900 is Dealer sales in differnt countries, no other person can sell KD900 device, but URG200 dealer is from China, different way make more different customers know KEYDIY, know more things from KEYDIY, then Locksmiths will reduce thier remotes stock, because one KEYDIY remote will work on many different cars.
4.who will make aftersale service?
A:If it is product quality problem, we dealer will make service, if technical service, you can online to ask questions from KEYDIY website.
5.can we update URG200 online?
A: of course you can, there will be many new softwares coming soon, that means not only now what inside the device, but also more car model free for customers, you just need to online download latest version is OK.
6.is online update free? If yes, is it permanent free or will charge?
A:It is free at the moment, there is still not a policy to charge.
7. how do we know what remotes and models we can program?
A: you can download APP to your mobile and check online from Brand , and then model and Year, it will shows Original remotes, you will know what cars can make
