Dissolved air flotation-Slaughter wastewater treatment
Description
Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is a water treatment process that clarifies wastewater through the removal of suspended matter such as oil ,greases, or solids. Removal is achieved by injecting pressurized air into the wastewater where micro-bubbles then inter act with the suspended solid particles. This inter action causes these particles to float to the surface of the DAF where they are then scraped and separated.
Application
(1) Remove oil and TSS.
(2) Separate small particles and algae in groundwater.
(3) Recover valuable products in industrial sewage such as paper pulp.
(4) Act as secondary sedimentation tank to separate and concentrate suspended particles and sludge.
(5) For some industrial wastewater treatment such as slaughter house, printing textile,and dyeing, leather, petrochemical and food industry industrial etc.
