Working Principle of the cooling system
The Evaporation ventilator unit have both cooling and ventilation functions, it reduced the outside supply air temperature, and circulates fresh, cooled air to the workspace thought the air distribution system of duct and diffuser. With the use of our exhaust fan for exhausting the muggy and hot air. You workspace will be keep the effective cooling and fresh air evironment.

Q1: What’s the main function of your products?
A1: Our cooling system is to help your factory for air cooling and ventilation
Q2: What’s the working principal of your system? Can the air to be heated in cold weather?
A2: The working principal of our system is that the air outside is cooled down by our evaporative cooler and supplied to the workshop. The Exhaust system take out the muggy air at the same time, then the workspace will be keep in the environment with cool and fresh air; Our system is for the air cooling and ventilation, can not heat the air.
Q3: What’s the power of your equipment, is the power consumption large?
A3: The power consumption of the air cooler is only 0.3W - 1.2 KW. And the power of the exhaust fan is 0.2 KW or 0.3 KW, which is very energy - saving and cost-effective.
Q4: My workshop need to keep the temperature and humidity in a stable level, can your products relize this?
A4: No. Keeping constant temperature and humidity is the function of other equipments. Our system is cool down the air and make the ventilation of your work space.
Q5: Will the system increase the humidity in my workshop? I need to keep a dry environment.
A5: Our system is to cool down the temperature of air, not so much influence to the humidity. But if you want to reduce the humidity, we cannot do it.
Q6: How can I install the system since we are not professional?
A6: We will design the whole system solution and product for you. When you get all the parts of the system. You can install the system according to our instruction. We will send you all the components even if a bolt. So you just combine all the parts together under the instruction.
Q7: What’s your warranty for the equipment? How do you maintain the system if it is doesn’t work?
A7: The warranty for the system is 1 year, and for the pad is 4 years. If there are problems for the parts during the warranty period, we will replace the part to you for free. If the machine doesn’t work, just contact us, we will help you to find the solution and instruct you how to repalce it.
