Can I see a sample?	Once price is confirmed, we can send you a sample for quality checking on freight-collect basis.
Do I need to pay for samples?	No, we provide sample for free unless a customized sample is required. In this case, you will have to pay the setup costs. Normally we can provide a sample within 3 work days and 10 work days for customized sample.
How can I check goods quality before payment?	You can arrange a 3rd party for inspection before shipment. We will send you inspection reports during and after production so that you know exactly what is going to be shipped
How soon can I expect the goods to be ready?	15 days to get pre-production sample. 30 days since approval of PP sample. In some cases, it can be much shorter.
What payment terms do you offer?	TT, 30% deposit, balance 70% against fax copy of BL. LC at sight
