Now there are more and more suppliers who do strawberry shopping bag, there are good and bad strawberry bag mixed, because a sustained decline in the price, the quality of strawberry bag has become increasingly difficult to protect. In current market, there are 90% of the strawberry bags are made from poor polyester in family workshop-style small plants. Most of this polyester is to be lining for low quality clothes, of very bad quality; they are cheating on workmanship and materials. So-called 190T fabric is of worse material than 170T from big factory.

1.High quality strawberry bag:

A. Strawberry part: high quality dot canvas, it will not break after many times folded.

B. Leaf: high quality green oxford.

C. Dot: Big strong black dot.

We purchased from big fabric factory

(This material are used mostly for umbrella, so we also can call umbrella fabric), It will not easy to crinkle because PU coated, soft and glossy. Density of warp and weft are even and tight. This kind of strawberry bag are durable, strong load bearing capacity, will not break after many times wash.

2.Bad quality strawberry bag

A. Strawberry part: satin fabric or 210D polyester, they are very easy to be wearing out.

B. Leaf: same material as per inside bad quality 190T polyester.

C. Dot: small black dot, made from reclaimed materials, easy to break.

D. String: Green thin strings, some of them are bad string.

E. Inside bag: Bad 190T polyester or even use 170T polyester.

They purchase bad polyester from family workshop-style small plants; they are cheating on workmanship and materials, they are coating thick liquid in polyester, because density of warp and weft are not tight or even enough, it feels very hard and no glossy. It will have white wrinkles when you open a strawberry shaped bag.

 

In the current market, mostly of strawberry bag are made from this bad poor material. Some of factory use soft polyester, but these materials are without waterproof coating process (printing ink will leak into another side fabric), it will easy to fade your logo or original flower artwork.

Even some of this kind of strawberry bag, they sell higher price than us.
