Product Description
No till seed drill is also called zero-tillage or direct drilling seeder. It is a sowing device that precisely positions seeds and then covers them. Continuous no-till can increase the soil aggregates and nutrients and reduce the amount of erosion in a field. The crop residue left on the soil surface limits evaporationand help the drainage issue conserving water for plant growth.
Our seed drill is designed for conservation tillage and consists of gear box, 3 point hitch kit, frame, seed and fertilizer box, seed metering adjusting hand wheel, seed depth regulating panel, press wheels, furrow opener and serrated coulter disc.It combines the functions of chopping, cutting stubble, opening furrow, breaking up clumps, fertilizing, seeding and pressing together.
No-till seed drill uses the serrated coulter disc which has got the patent. The coulter blades disc can cut the straw after harvesting and leave it staying at the furrow which can change the structure of soil. The drills cut the stubbles and open the furrow to a uniform depth before the seed was dropped. Behind the drills there are a series of press wheels spaced at the same distance.
