Q: What about your payment term?
A: Usually T/T or L/C, 30% deposit and 70% before delivery.
Q: what about your standard delivery date?
A: 30 days after receiving deposit
Q: How about your capacity?
A: For steel pipes, 50,000 tons per month, 600,000 tons per year. For pipe
fittings, 30,000 tons per year
Q: what about your package?
A: Usually as per customer's requests.
Common packing information: Small size in bundles, big size in bulk, some
sizes with plastic cap to protect both ends, seaworthy packaging.
Q: What is your main market &main customers?
A: We have 12 years experience on steel pipes & pipe fittings. Our main
market includes China, Singapore etc. Main Customers including HYST,
Keppel group etc.
Q: If products have some quality problem,how would you deal with?
A: We will responsible for all of our quality problems.
