Q: What is an tunnel oven?
A: Its an oven used in a continuous production process as opposed to a batch process, the batter is continuously deposited into trays that are moving along a conveyor belt into and through the oven, the oven is about range from several metres and dozens meters long, it takes about 20 minutes before they come out the other side fully cooked. The oven is divided into segments each with their own heating control, some products require a high initial heat then a lower heat which is easily achievable in this type of oven.
Q: how many types of industrial tunnel oven do you have?
A: Qualibake offers four different tunnel ovens to meet different requirements, they are direct-fired tunnel ovens, indirect-fired tunnel ovens, thermal oil tunnel ovens, eletric tunnel ovens respectively.

A: No single baking technique is ideal for all products, we offers all major types of industrial tunnel ovens, which we design using a variety of fuels including natural gas, propane, oil and electricity, we build all our ovens with a modular design, this makes them simple to configure, build, install and even, modify based on your unique requirements-much more so than conventionally built equipment from other manufacturer.
