Performance and characteristic
- It adopts PLC automatic control and touch screen operating system with speed adjusting by inverter.
- Main transmission system gets overloading protecting device
- Automatic trouble shooting, alarming and production counting functions are all programmed in the machine.
- The machine gets stable performance, easy to change different sizes of products
- Detection and Rejection of cartons which gets no object fed or leaflet fed.
- Servo motor feeding system is apply to feed different styles of blister plate.
Applications
The machine is suitable for packing different sizes and specifics of blister plate or similar objects with automatic leaflet folding inserting, carton opening, object cartoning, batch number embossing and cartooning sealing (hot glue sealing is an optional for the machine). It adopts PLC control with touch screen operation with all working stations equipped electronic sensor for running status monitoring. The machine can both work isolated and connect to blister packaging machine as production line.
