(1)Features:
1) Resistant to gas, moisture, light and chemical
2) High stability and sanitation standards
3) one side coated HSL for heat sealing with PVC, PVC/PVDC or ALU ALU FOIL.

6) Coating thickness options:
1. 2-3GSM with tolerance of +/-0.5GSM
3-4GSM with tolerance of +/-0.5GSM
4-5GSM with tolerance of +/-0.5GSM standard, if not specified, heat sealing coating is 3 with tolerance of +/-0.5GSM , both seal strength with PVC/PVDC 7N/25mm min,
2 .primer or OP: 1 GSM
7) Printing and lacquer coating: printed as per text, layout and shade approved by customer. for non-printed specification, clear lacquer to be coated as a protective coating and good printability. Printing inks and lacquer coating are capable to with standard 180deg. C for 1 sec. dwell time. And we could supply aluminum foil for printing on both sides.

9)Inner packing: Core diameter: 76mm, Out diameter: 240-280mm Max (as your requirement)
10) Out packing: protected by plastic bag, foam, hard carton, wooden pallets.
Use for packing capsule, tablet and so on in alu-alu at the pharmaceutical factory.
