Performance and characteristics
1. It adopts PLC automatic control and touch screen operating system with speed adjusting by stepless motor.
2.Main transmission system gets overloading protecting device.
3.Automatic trouble shooting, alarming and production counting functions are all programmed in the machine.
4.The machine gets stable performance, easy to change different sizes of products.
5.Detection and Rejection of cartons which gets no object fed or leaflet fed.
6.Rotary feeder can feed different sizes of tubes or bottles by equipping with speed adjusting motor.

For the big problem that you can not resolve by yourself, our engineer was available to go over seas for helping you to resolve the problem. For small problems, we can take the video and pictures to guide you how to adjust and fix the machine. We have professional after service team which could help you to resolve the problem within 24 hours.

INSTALLING AND COMMISSION
If customer requires our technician to adjusting the machine and train technician at arrival place, we will send technician there. All our expenses including round-trip air ticket to the nearest airport, local conveyance to your factory, Lodging& Boarding expenses shall be payable by you. In case the stay of our technician, the service charges @US $ 100 per day will be charged extra.
PACKAGE
v The machine will not be shaking in transport with wooden fixed.
v The machine will not be affected with damp in transport with packed with PE plastic bags.
v Easy shaking station will fixed with hard rope.
v Long machine will packed separately.
v If there are strict requirements, chassis can use iron girders.
