Q1. Can I get samples?

A1. Sure. We will appreciate it if you’d like to purchase samples for tests first. For sample order, there is no limit on MOQ. And we will send samples as soon as possible after confirming your payment.

Q2. Are you factory?

A2. Yes we are. We have our own factory, which can help you get factory direct selling products with competitive prices. We always monitor strictly the quality of products before they leave factory.

Q3. How about warranty period? If any problem, can I get enough support?

A3. All the products you purchase from us have 2 YEAR WARRANTY. If the product is broken during this time, you can ship the item to us to repair or you can keep it and we will send a total new one to you soon. With strong technical team, we can provide life-time and timely technical support whenever there is something wrong with our products.

Q4. Why the shipping cost is so much? How about delivery time?

A4. Before shipment, we will find the most reliable carrier for you to make sure of lowest freight cost and shortest lead time. As for the delivery time, it depends on the order quantity. Normally it would take 3-15 days for one order.
