1. VPSA Oxygen Generator Process Description
Vacuum desorbed PSA oxygen generator is widely used for oxygen onsite supply, with the obvious
characteristics of lower running cost, safe and reliable operation under atmospheric pressure, and high degree of automation, etc.
The micro positive pressure adsorption, the equipment of vacuum-desorption produces oxygen is called Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption generator (VPSA-O2).
The VPSA-O2 generator uses air blower to supply air of the micro positive pressure, adsorbs nitrogen and produce oxygen inside the towers,vacuumizes with the vacuum pump, and makes the molecular sieves desorb nitrogen under the vacuum state. The VPSA-O2 generator usually has two adsorption towers, one tower is used for adsorbing nitrogen and producing oxygen, the other one is for desorbing nitrogen and make
regeneration, two towers alternate adsorption and regeneration to output oxygen continuously.
The VPSA-O2 generator adopts Li-LSX zeolite molecular sieves, and it has the better performance index in the low pressure state.
