Sample Availability & Policy
Samples are available. We will also make samples according to customers' requirements.
We will ship the product sample either by air or by sea. The cost of the sample will be deducted from any substantial future order.
QC / Technical Support
All the QC staff members are given regular training to perform QC inspections.
1. What's the cost and lead time if I need samples?
Sample cost: most of items in stock provided for free, but some items will be charged as your samples qty.
Sample lead time: 1-3days in stock;
7-10days as your customized samples
2. How long is CW's normal delivery time?
Normally 25days, but it should depend on your order quantity and the actual production condition
3. What’s CW MOQ?
MOQ is only 1000pcs/item;
If all the parts in stock, small quantity also accepted. So before leaving, pls call me to confirm.
4. What's CW Payment term?
T/T30% Deposit in advance, Balance before loading, against B/L's copy or LC at sight
5. Could CW print the customized logo on the products? How much and how long for print samples?
CW could print logo on the products with smooth and curvy surface.
Printing Method: silk-screen printing, heat transfer printing, water transfer printing, dye transfer printing, gold blocking, laser and embressed etc.
Set-up cost: Normal: silk-screen printing: USD$20/ color;
Heat transfer printing: USD$75/color, and based color is 3c
Print sample time: Normally 7-15days
