Elastic Molded EPH, EPJ Belt
Structure
Providing excellent adhesion with tensile cord, our back rubber can support reverse bending and drive from the back.
High modulus polyamide specially treated and cushioned, this uninterrupted tensile cord covers the whole belt’s width and deliver self tensioned cord.
Polybutadiene loaded with fiber, our special rib rubber compound ensures highest grip standard and strong longitudinal force.
Contact with pulley grooves is optimum; belt ribs completely fill the grooves and provide power through the entire drive surface.
Properties
• No need for tensioner or idler to maintain drive tension
• Allows belt’s installation in fixed center distance
• Maintain belt’s drive tension over time for calculated life
• Behaves alike a dumper thanks to elasticity of the belt, absorbs shock load
• Enables power transmission even on small pulleys diameters or high speed.
• Temperature range from -40°C up to +70°C
• Meets RoHS and REACH requirements

Application
Thanks to its polyamide elastic cord, our Elastic Molded Ribbed Belts can cover a wide range of drive ratios, speed and power.
The extreme low decay allows maintaining tension over time, in 2 axis drive; this is a perfect solution for virtually any new design applications.
Our Elastic Molded Ribbed V-Belt can be used on washing machines, treadmills, miter saw, vacuum cleaner brush, concrete mixers, food processors, kitchen appliances, small appliances, etc.
