Single component polyurethane waterproofing coating, is a kind of macromolecule waterproofing paint which can react at moisture environment and become membranes. It’s main material is isocyanate and polyether, adding mixed dive solid agent, plasticizer and other auxiliaries. This products is made by special technology at high temperature through dehydration, polymerization. When the coating is painted on the surface of substrate, the –NCO of polyurethane can react with the moisture of the air and form tough, tensile, soft and seamless rubber waterproof membrane.
Double component polyurethane waterproof paint, is a kind of double component chemical reaction solidifying waterproof material, in which component A is pre-aggressiveness by polycondensation of polyether and isocyanate, component B is colourful liquid made by thickening agent,coagulant, filler plasticizer,solidifying agent and so no. When using, A and B is homogeneously mixing according to ratio, and paint on the surface of substrate. Then it cross and solidify to form rubber elasticity membrane so that form the waterproof layer.
This products is acid-resisting, alkali-resisting, anti-fire, isolation, antiaging . It can stick with wood, steel, tile, widely used in the waterproof of roof, underground chamber, toilet, tunnel,and petrochem pipe, metal tanks. And it can also be used as decrative material. Using widely, painting easily.
