Equipment profile:
This unit is the latest development of the new packaging machines, mainly to complete the delivery over packed bags from horizontal to vertical position to change, and then shaping, M side down, and finally sewing process package delivered. Achieved by a process of woven horizontal to vertical and then automatically stitch package. Replaces manual handling, artificial sewing process, saving manpower, material and financial investment, fully automated packaging. The device can be widely used in baby products, plastic products and other industries, is the preferred vertical bagging machine to complete the horizontal seam of the package.
Device basically consists of horizontal conveyor, rotating body, plastic body, inverted M side institutions, sewing organization, product transport and storage agencies and other institutions.
Production process: bags packed → → horizontal conveyor rotating mechanism (the bags down vertically from the horizontal) → → inverted M side shaping machine and transported → → automatic sewing machine woven products output.
The unit has the following advantages:
