Self Adhesive Bitumen Waterproof Membrane for 1.0/1.2/1.5/2.0mm
Description
SAM-920 is a modified bitumen base sheet consisting of styrene-butadiene-
styrene (SBS) compound modified asphalt covering with different upper
separated materials, no fiber and underside with silicone antisticking layer.
According to different upper surface, it can be three types: HDPE film surf-
acing (SAM-920PE), Aluminum foil surfacing (SAM-920AL) and Non-film
surfacing (SAM-920N). There have three kinds of thickness: 1.2 mm, 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm.
Where to use
- Swimming pools, fire pools and reservoirs;
- Subways or tunnels;
- Open fires forbidden construction areas;
- SAM-920PE can be used in non exposed roofs and undergrounds;
- SAM-920AL can be used in all kinds of exposed roofs;
- SAM-920N can be used as an auxiliary material or bonding material between two incompatible places.

Packaging
SAM-920 material is packed in rolls with plastic bags or cartons.
Above quantities are indicative only. We can produce it according to your demands.
Storage and Transportation
SAM-920 material should be stored in well-ventilated shade place and protected from sun or rain. The temperature in stored places can not be higher than 50° C. It can not be put in more than two levels. If packed by cartons, it can not be put in more than five levels.
Application System
Yuhong adhesive waterproof system includes substrate, primer, membrane waterproof underlayment, protection layer.
Yuhong also provide a complete line of compatible accessories and components, including primers, pipe clamps, terminal battens and screws.
Surface Preparation
Surfaces should be dry, clean, smooth and free from any dusts, oil or loose particles. Cracks and uneven places need to be filled by polymer mortar.
Priming
Before membrane laying, substrate treating agent need to be brushed evenly and completely cover all laying places.
Membrane laying
After substrate treating agent drying, lay SAM-920 material according to application designs.
Sealing, fixing and constraining on vertical surfaces
On vertical surfaces, fix with metal battens and seal with sealants for membranes.
Application on protection layer
After membrane laying, apply on protection layer according to waterproof layer design.

Cautions:
1. Do not put the membrane on a pollution, water and ice ground.
2. Construcion of waterproof layer operations can't be crossed, device shall be installed on the waterproof layer, parts should be
done to strengthen the basis of device and to take protective measures.
3. Do not touch the waterproof layer with thorn sharp objects after it's has been completed, don't put sundries or any additional
buildings above the waterproof layer to avoid damaging it.
4. material should be stored in well-ventilated place and avoid being exposed to the sun or rain. The temperature in stored places can not be higher than 45° C. It has to be avoided acid, alkali, oil and organic solvents.
