1. Product Introduction
JinLong Waterproof has newly developed RAM-CL, the self-adhesive membrane made from cross laminating HDPE film, asphalt and high polymer adhesive. This product is featured by high property performance, cold application, excellent size stability, anti-UV and good tear resistance.
2. Product Mechanism:
JinLong crossing-laminated HDPE filme is made by special formula. It overcomes shortcomings of ordinary film and have high tensile strength, solar stable and no bubbles.
3. Product Features:
(1) Excellent physical property
1. Superior shank tear strength and watertightness in scres fixed position
2. Better adhesion on screws and fasteners than ordinary membrane, stronger tear resistance in both direction.
3. Good tensile strength and weatherability
4. Size stable and no crease, a reliable safeguard for waterproof
(2) Friendly construction performance
1. Firm bonding performance between membrane and base.
2. Good adaptability to construction environment. It can be applied on wet base without use of primer, solvents or fire, which guarantees construction period and avoids environment pollution.
3. Apple green facial film eliminates light pollution compared to silver white surface.
4. Adaptability to weather change from hot area to cold district, good adhesion in special-shaped part with no empty hollowing.
4. Applicable Scope
1). applied in non-exposed roofs, underground waterproof projects, subways, tunnels and water channels. It is specially used in such constructions that no open fire is allowed to used.
2). Cement mortar is used to install RAM-CL onto base, while self-adhesive is recommended to use between membrane sheets.
