equipment can be divided into the following eight system: pulverizing system, saccharifying system,
fermentation system,cooling system, cleaning system, control system, a liquor system, as well as

Saccharification system/Mash tun
Saccharification equipment inner using 304 stainless steel,is one-pot two-slots two-body style,equipment and pipeline layout is of elegent appearance,convenient and safe operation.Between devices,the pipeline are using the sanitary fast connection,is easy to disassemble,assemble,move,transformate.The levelness can be adjusted,stable performance
Fermentor system
Fermenter inner using stainless steel304,luxurystainless steel/drawing main exterior,bright stainless steel mushroom head,inneral polished 0.4um,omni-directional Washing ball:polyurethane insulation:75 degree under cone compression design,with stainless steel miller board/ice water coil pipe to cool down
Control system
PLC automatic control system:touch screen interface management,discrete control,anti-interference,and reliability,unifield,open architecture,the system easy to expand;Digital temperature controller,electrical contacts,pressure gauge is in a container management,discrete control,anti-interfrance.
Clooling system
Cooling system is composed of refrigeration unit,evaporator,one section cooling water tank,heat exchanger,equipment base,cooling pipe,used for wort cooling,and cool beer fermentation.
Cleaning units
CIP mobile Washing,disinfection system,is easy to clean thoroughly,Equipment and piping layout without dead ends,to achieve asepsis operation.
