1.Saccharification System
Saccharification system is consist of Malt mill, Mash tun & brew kettle & whirlpool tank, Lauter tank, Hot water tank, Steam generator, Plate heat exchanger, Wort pump, Yeast adding tank, Working platform, Pipes and valves and other.
Mash Tun: Inner tanks all adopt the international standard of 304 stainless steel material, internal comprehensive cleaning, and improve the internal
Malt Mill:The inner is equipped with dust plate, sealed performance is good, avoid the small things after crushing grain splash.
2.Fermentation System
Fermenting system is consist of fermentation tank, Bright beer tank,Yeast storage tank, Ice water electromagnetic valve, Safety valve, Pressure gauge, Beer tube, Temperature probe, Temperature transmitter shell, Refrigerant piping, and valves and so on.
Fermentation Tank:the inner polished into 0.4µm, stainless steel cooling water jacket, with 1.5mm thickness.Useful capacity: 1000L
Bright Beer Tank: Structure:Inside and outside are all stainless steel 304 processing. And the inner polished into 0.4µm, stainless steel cooling water jacket, with 1.5mm thickness. .
3.Refrigerating System:
Cooling system is consists of Ice water tank, Refrigerating unit, Ice water pump, pipelines and valves and so on.
Ice Water Tank:The refrigerating unit for water tank water cooling, through the cycle to fermentation tank cooling, through the plate heat exchanger to heat wort cooling.
Refrigerating Unit: Using the latest evaporator condenser integrated, import compressor. Using plate heat exchanger cooling technology, cooling effect faster than copper coil type 40%. Reduce power consumption more than by 20%.
4.Cleaning System:Cleaning System is consist of Disinfection tank, Alkali tank, Aseptic water tank, Cleaning pump and so on.
Disinfection Tank:Material all adopt the international standard of 304 stainless steel, all welding are argon protection single-sided, double-sided forming.
5.Control System:
Control cabinet is standard GGD cabinet, control mill, saccharification, fermenting, refrigeration system etc
