Shun Long Microbrewery Equipment Taper Fermentation Tank
1.Yeast is at the bottpm of the cone to discharge of yeast at any time during the process of production,require the use of cohesion yeast.
2.Tank itself has a cooling device, easy to control the fermentation temperature,easy to control production, shorten the fermentation period, less chance of dye bacterium, beer quality is stable.
3.Tank outside the insulation device,can be placed in the outdoor, reducing construction investment, saving area, easy expansion
4.Using closed tank,facilitate CO2 cleaning and CO2 recovery, fermentation can be carried out under pressure. Fermenter can do, but also do storage tanks can also be combined fermentation and wine storage, called a jar fermentation.
5.Due to the height of liquid,fermented liquid produce the CO2 gradient,( formation density gradient).by cooling control can make the fermented liquid of natural convection,the higher the tanks,the stronger convection.Because of the strong convection,yeast fermentation ability enhancement,fermentation speed fast,shorten the fermentation cycle.
6.Fermentation tank can be used instrument or microcomputer control,operation and convenient management.
