Introduction:
The auto filling machine is designed to dispense products of different viscosity, ranging from water , thin liquid to thick cream. Widely used in Food, Beverage, Chemical, Medicine, Oil, Condiments industries. Such as: Honey, Milk, Juice, Soy, Shampoo, detergent, Cosmetic, Edible Oil, Lube, Pesticide and etc.
The AVF series of machine has compact, reasonable configuration and nice, simple appearance.
They are made of SIMENS electric component, FESTO's pneumatic components from Germany (Europen Machine), or MITSUBISHI electric components from Japan, AIRTAC pneumatic components from Taiwan(Standard Machine). All the components that come in contact with product are made of 316 L stainless steel imported, and processed by CNC machines.The excellent quality of components ensures that our AVF can work well andstably. This series of fillers are connected with clamps, which make them easy to clean and maintain, no special tools are required, and they also feature real time adjustability, no bottle no fill, accurate filling volume and a total bottle counter. The standard machines can be equipped with 4 to 12 filling
nozzles or we can also reduce or add the nozzles to suit your special need.
Features
1, Construction of the machine body: Whole filling machine produced by SUS304, materials touched parts are SS 316L, Measure up to GMP standards;
2, Select PLC control system, touch screen operation panel can save multi-groups of datas;
3, Adopt lifting filling, ensure no bubble; With bottle mouth localizer;
4, PLC controlled by: SIMENS (from Germany) or MITSUBISHI (from Japan);
5, Pneumatic parts adopt: FESTO (from Germany) or AIRTAC (from Taiwan);
6, Filling nozzles with anti-leaking function, blocked nozzles for products that tend to string and drip;
7, Easy to operate, no bottle no filling, auto orientation detection;
8, Can equip with auto production line: bottle sorting, filling, cap feeding, capping, sealing, labeling, printing, packing and etc.
9, Other special functions, such as "autocheck and display of malfunction", "liquid level alarm", " Diving nozzles for bottom up filling of foraming products",etc.
