1.SWL series worm gear screw lift is also called QWL lifts, widely used in machinery, metallurgy,
construction, water conservancy facilities and other industries, with lifting, decline and by means of
auxiliary propulsion, flip and various height adjustment and other functions.
2.SWL worm screw lift is a basic lifting components, has many advantages such as compact structure,
small volume, light weight, a wide range of power source, no noise, convenient installation, flexible
use, multiple functions, supporting forms, high reliability, long service life etc..
3.Can be used single or in combination, can according to certain procedures to accurately control to
improve or promote the height, can be directly driven by motor or other power, or you can manually. It
has different forms of structure and assembly, and the lifting height can be customized according to
user requirements, the device can be self locked.
4. Features: use screw driven scissors mechanism for lifting, have the characteristics of hydraulic
lifting platform, and no oil pollution, especially suitable for high requirement on the working

Type and marker:
1, structure type
Elevator according to the structure is divided into: type 1 screw and rotation and axial movement; type 2 - screw rotation. Nut on the screw rod axial movement.
2, assembly type
Lift each structure is divided into two kinds of assembly type: A type screw (or nuts) to move; B type screw (or nuts) moving down.
3, screw head type
Screw head part of type 1 types: I (cylindrical), II (flange type), III (thread), IV (four types of flat type). Screw head part of type 2 types: I (cylindrical) and III (thread) in two forms.
4, transmission ratio
The elevator is divided into two kinds of transmission ratio, namely the ordinary (P) and slow (M).
