2. Adopting the latest “Multilayer Vacuum Brazed Technology”, JDR Multilayer Vacuum Brazed Router Bits are the best bits on the market. Compared with the sintered router bits, they achieve a longer life and have much faster profiling on granites and engineered stones. These bits are versatile and will perform well, when used with water on most portable routers with speeds ranging from 5,000 to 11,000 RPM.
3.Both M8 and M10 bolts are included to fit all standard portable stone routers. It includes Position #1 bits in the most popular profiles: Full Bullnose, Demi-Bullnose, Ogee and etc. for 3cm(1-1/4”) or 2cm(3/4”) material. You can use our Monolayer Vacuum Brazed Router Bits as POS.#2 .
4. Knowlage of Multilayer Vacuum Brazed Technology:
Multilayer Brazed Diamond Profile Wheel, it looks like the traditional sintered product, but it is really different from the sintered product, because it is not made in a sintering machine. In addition, because the bond is soft, the Multilayer brazed diamond tool is keeping more exposure all the time, thus it keeps with the fast cutting performance almost the same as the Monolayer Vacuum Brazed of Diamond tool and the life is much longer than sintered product.
