Fumigation-Free Wooden Cases
1, Supply all information about the machinery to seller if customer require, such as the price list, the operation instruction, the video or other.
2, we will prepare and send all documents before goods reaching destination port. The documents include sales contract, commercial invoice, Packing list and other certificate.
3, If customer can not install and operate the machine, we will show clients the install instruction or video. If customer still can not do it, we will send our engineer to install and teach them to use.
4, One year warranty. Within one year from the signed contract, we can provide free service.
