hoister---cleaning and peeling machine---picking and choosing machine---hoister---cutting machine---rinsing machine---blanching machine---dewatering machine---frying machine---vibration deoiling machine---deoiling machine---flavoring machine---picking machine---packing machine
automatic potato chips/ french fries making machine capacity:
to produce fries potato chips or french fries: 60Kg/h, 150Kg/h and 300Kg/h
to produce frozen french fries: 200Kg/h, 500Kg/h and 800Kg/h (to produce frozen french fries need to add a freezing machine or a freezing room)
Main function about each equipments:
1. The hoister is used for transmitting large quantity of potatoes into the feeder.
2. The potato cleaning and peeling machine is used to wash and peel them automatically.
3. The finished potatoes are clean enough for further processing.
4. Then it is the picking line that picks the well formed ones and send them to cutting machine.5.The blades are stainless steel and specially designed to cut them averagely.
6. The rinsing machine is used for further washing the potato slices and strips.
7. Blanching is a necessary part in processing vegetables and fruits as it can protect their natural flavor from being broken.
8. Dewatering is prepared for the frying part. The dewatered potato strips are low in moisture and easy to fry.
9. Frying is an important step. When the potato chips become golden and soft, they should be fished out. Just grasp the right time, neither too early nor too late.
10. The deoiling line is next step. Deoiling will make the fried food crispier and more palatable.
11. The following is flavoring. Customers can season diversified flavors totally according to their own intentions.
12. By way of the conveying belt, the seasoned potato chips are packaged.
13. The whole processing line has strict demand on workers and manufacturing shop to offer clients assured potato chips.

Package:Wooden package or make package as customers' requirments.
Shipping: Shipping is strictly followed the contract signed with customers.
1, Supply all informaton about the machinery to seller if customer require, such as the price list, the operation instruction, the video or other.
2, we will prepare and send all documents before goods reaching destionation port. The documents include sales contract, Immercial invoice, Packing list and other certificate.
3, If customer can not install and operate the machine, we will show clients the install instruction or video. If cusotmer stil can not do it, we will send our engineer to install and teach them to use.
4, One year warranty. Within one year from the signed contract, we can provide free service.
