Automatic screw capping machine
Instruction:
1. It is fit for round type bottle, square type bottle, flat type bottle in Pharmacy, Healthy food, Chemical period etc.
2. This machine can match different high speed production line. When you want to change the products, you only adjust the bottle clip and screw parts, do not change any accessories.
3. Touch screen, PLC system control, easy to be control.
4. The screw machine has big container, the container volume about 0.1 m3
5. The photoelectric sensor test the cap quantity in transport line, and automatically start or pause according to your cap quantity setting.
6. This machine can test the aluminum foll in the cap, it can get rid of without cap and without aluminum foll cap. And it can make sure the quality products.
7. Stainless steel machine, the key parts is from Europen or Japan. All the materials and parts accord with GMP requested.
