General:

 

Model ZZ Vacuum X-Ray Tube processor is a complete system for the processing and repairing and filling of high-power tubes such as those for X-ray and CAT scan machines, high voltage generators and spherical tubes. It's mainly to do Filtration, vacuum dry, vacuum oil filling, repair & maintenance, purification of insulation oil, reservation of oil and so on to improve its BDV to solve the problem of arcing and so on.

 

Mainly with following available functions include:

 

· High-vacuum degasification, dehydration and filtration of dielectric fluid for oil-filled tubes.

· High-Vacuum drying the tube inserts as well as tube housing/container.

· Total acid number reduction of the oil with use of an optional fuller's earth filter.

· Vacuum storage of processed fluid to prevent recontamination through exposure to air.

· Vacuum pull-down and leak-up testing of the tube.

· High-vacuum evacuation of the tube prior to filling.

· Flush or trickle-fill of the tube with processed dielectric fluid.

· Do the maintenance for the x ray tube, high generators and x ray monoblock.

· Apply for X-ray tubes, CT tubes, X-ray generators, HT generators, etc. Has already repaired tubes from Philips, GE, Siemens, Toshiba, Shimadazu, etc.
