General:

Ultra stage Transformer Oil Regeneration Unit is NOT the traditional oil filtering or oil purifying system. Instead, it's for reclaiming or regenerating the worn transformer oil by fuller's earth system. The Ultra stage Transformer Oil Regeneration Unit is available at industry leading price.

Functions:

The scope of supply under this specification shall include: The design, fabrication & factory testing of a transformer oil reconditioning Plant. All components shall be mounted on a common base with skids, and be supplied as a complete unit ready for operation when received by the purchaser.

2.1 To serve as a designated oil filtration equipment in support of installation, maintenance and overhaul of power transformer.

2.2 To be used for purifying non-conformable mineral insulating oil, transformer oil, cable oil, tap-changer oil, mutual inductor oil and breaker oil for power supply industry and manufacturing enterprises.

2.3 As well as for transformer vacuum filling and drying on load.

2.4 For dehydration and degasification to remove out free and soluble water, moisture, gas, etc.

2.5 To remove out solid particles, residuals, impurities in the oil.

2.6 Regenerate used transformer oil to remove out acid and upgrade color to be new.

2.7 The standard system is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks, in the field, or directly in the transformers (energized or de-energized transformers).
