FORWARD RX44×160 HDD rig is equipped with reliable hydraulics of European and American world known brands: SAUER DANFOSS, EATON, KTR, HYDRO CONTROL, durable drilling tool made of high-solid steel.
FORWARD RX44×160 HDD rig is equipped with motor power of 243kW. A unique system of rotation and the feed-traction provides traction up to 44 000 kg and spindle torque up to 19000N.m. The maximum rotation speed is 160 rpm and a feed rate of 24m/min-traction guarantees the high efficiency of operations.
Automatic drill rods feeding system and the anchor hydraulic system shorten running period and increase productivity. Due to the maximum elevation angle of 25 ° rig can drive on any truck.
FORWARD RX44×160 rig is equipped with operator cabin, which is provided with air condition and hitting system. A monitor and 4 exterior cameras can be provided additionally.
FORWARD RX44×160 rig is standing stable on steel track with rubber element. It increases reliability of the rig and not damages asphalt surface. Drilling rig also has engine and hydraulic oil preheating system.
