Properties and Characteristics:
This machine is 4- Roller Hydraulic Rolling Machine, the upper roller for initiative, lower and side rollers is driven roller, and turning is driven by the friction between the plates and rollers. The upper roller was fixed for rotates only, not for lifting movement. The lower and the side rollers are moved up and down, which is driven by the right and left cylinders. The flip and reset of the bearing in front of the upper rollers is driven by the oil cylinder. Each roller bearings and oil cylinders are assembled in the left and right ends of the rack.
In four-roller rolling machine frame is the main subject which make use of welded structure, mounted on a welded base, all operations were carried out at the operating table.
Compared with the Symmetry three-roller rolling machine, the four-roller rolling machine can directly pre-bent the plate ends without the aid of other devices, and the remaining straight edge is small; compared with the non-symmetric three roller rolling machine, it can be rolled into the workpiece not to turn around the plate. Not only improve the efficiency, but also ensure the quality of the workpiece, and the process is simple, easy to operate, also reduce the labor intensity.

This machine lifting roller and fall turnover are performed by the hydraulic cylinder to perform. All operations use NC electric centralized control, convenient operation, and direct viewing digital display. The upper roller lifting displacement, horizontal displacement and rolling parameters can be displayed through the screen digital. While inputting plate thickness, roll diameter, material characteristic, the system automatically calculates the work roll position and display on the touch screen for user reference. It also has PLC input and output status display, make the maintenance more convenient.
