- after confirm the price, we will make the artwork for you approve,
- approved the artwork
- pay the 30% deposit, then make the sample
- take pictures for your check the sample quality,
- after approve sample, arrange make the bulk
- payment 70% balance payment
- send the labels to your required address
- feedback from your for further orders

In order to quote you ASAP, Please email us your label artwork, we need to know the size, color, quantity to quote. The label artwork is better to send us PDF or AI format file, JPG format is also ok for us to quote.

A: It is best if you can supply your artwork as a print ready PDF or AI file. However if this is not possible, our in-house design studio can produce the artwork for you.
2Q: What will be the best way to send my artwork?
A: The best way to send your artwork is via email. If your files are very big, then you can send PDF file in high resolution.
3Q: How long will my print order take?
A: Once your artwork has been signed off as ok, then your print order will be with you within an agreed time. This is usually within approx 10 working days.
4Q: Can I check the progress of my order?
A: You are welcome to phone us at any time during office hours to check the progress of your job. If you have supplied an email address then we will send you emails regarding the production stages of your job from origination to delivery.
5Q: I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
A: From the expected dispatch date, you should receive your order within 2 working days by DHL express. This is an estimate, and occasionally orders can be delayed one or 2 days because of the weather or custom issue. If you were concerned about the time of your order, please get in touch with us by phone or email.
