HDPE solid sheet : 10.00 mm to 20.00 mm Highly durable with specila accessories ( 80-100 times reuse.)
PE/PP multilayer extruded sheets: 10.00 mm to 20.00 mm ( lieght weight ease to operate, cut, screwed, neil etc)
Laminated foam board: 12.00 mm to 20.00 mm ( 20 to 25 times)
Wood resin board: 12.00 mm to 20.00 mm ( 25 to 30 times)
each & every products has it's own characristics & specially specifications, according to it's application
Features & advantages:
A: Can be cut, sawed, routed, drilled, nailed, screwed, glued, painted, caulked and shaped, installed easily as well as wood.
B: lightweight; durability; good flexibility; no change in shape, no shrinkage, no crack, no fading, no adhesion with concrete
C: resistant to fire, water, insects, warping, chemical corrosion, can be stock in any environment without protect of water-proof, anti-UV facilities
D: owing to its smooth surface and it doesn't absorb water from concrete, no need to treat with plaster as twice processing, de moulding easily. Easy to install, save time, and economically because of all materials, edges and corners cut down can be recycled.
Usage: mainly for construction template instead of steel template, bamboo template and plywood template.
